Old 97's at Webster Hall

Old 97's are probably my favorite live band. They always bring a high energy kick-ass show, and Friday night was no exception. They revved it up, and the energy just kept building.
If you haven't seen them live, you don't know what you are missing.
Openers, The Spring Stations were very good, and reminded me vocally of Nickel Creek, minus the bluegrass tinge.
The second band was Sleepercar, and shame on me for not knowing them before this.
They were fantastic. Like the 97's who followed them, the energy of their set grew as each song progressed.
I bought their album, and I have been listening to it non-stop since the show.
