WILCO @ McCarren Pool, Brooklyn

Just got back from seeing WILCO. It's been a while, and they are just simply incredible. One of the tightest live bands I have ever sen. The place was jammed. WILCO killed it. Didn't have my good camera with me, but here are a few I took from the show.

MGMT and The Ting Tings @ McCarren Pool

This show was jammed. When I pulled up, there were mobs of people for blocks.
The photo pit was jammed too. Anyone with a VIP passes kind of made their way into the pit, and it was really hard to get off a shot. But the show was good, and the crowd was way into it.

The Ting Tings (much better than I thought they would be)

Matt and Kim were a hell of a lot of fun, and the crowd was way into them.

The Hold Steady @ McCarren Pool, Brooklyn

The Hold Steady played the first JellyNYC Pool Party of the summer at McCarren Pool in Brooklyn. Sadly, this is the last summer for shows there.
It poured like crazy before the show started, but the openers J Roddy made it thorugh with clear skies.
During the set by the Loved Ones the skies opened up and the rain came down again.
Luckily, for the Hold Steady the sun came out, and everything was right in the world.
Here are some photos I took at the show:
